Head of Casting

Tiiu Loigu is the Head of Casting at Tiki Tāne Pictures and has crafted a diversified presence within the entertainment industry. Most recently, Tiiu cast and produced LONG SHADOWS (Dir. William Shockley), an American Period Piece for Tiki Tāne Pictures. She also cast the award-winning short film THE EMPTY CHAIR directed by Andrew Shebay starring Robyn Lively, Justin Hurtt-Dunkley and Chris Mulkey. She has cast 9 films including FRANK & PENELOPE directed by Sean Patrick Flanery starring Kevin Dillon and Lin Shaye, THE QUEEN MARY directed by Gary Shore, HOME BY SPRING directed by Dwight H. Little, along with the award winning short film COMMON THREADS directed by William Shockley. Tiiu has cast Oscar and Golden Globe nominated actor Eric Roberts , along with Emmy award winner Kevin Dillon, and Grammy award winner Kix Brooks.

In addition, Tiiu produced COMMON THREADS and was Associate Producer on FAR HAVEN, MERMAID’S TALE and HOME BY SPRING.

Ms. Loigu was Costume Designer on LOVE BY DROWNING and MERMAIDS TALE as well as Costume Supervisor on HOME BY SPRING and Set Costumer on CHRISTMAS AT GRACELAND.

Her passion for photography has also led her to be Set Photographer on 7 films and 2 music videos, with her photography appearing in Vanity Fair, Deadline, Rolling Stone ‘Country’, CMT, The Boot, Fox News, ABC News Radio, Screen Daily, Go Country, Taste of Country, The Mail Newspapers, and Nevermore Horror, to name a few.
